2. Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Organization (optional)
  • Message content (required)

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in its server logs, for the security and operation of the service. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

The fonts used on this website are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your contact form data to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is:

  • Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, Art. 31): legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries
  • EU GDPR (Art. 6(1)(f)): legitimate interest in business communication, or Art. 6(1)(b), pre-contractual measures at your request

4. Data processing and third parties

Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards the data to our email address. FormSubmit does not store submissions permanently. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly Inc. (USA) processes your booking data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for the duration of the inquiry or business relationship, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. International transfers

FormSubmit.co, Calendly, GitHub Pages and Google Fonts may process data on servers outside Switzerland and the EU.

7. Your rights

Under Swiss and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU supervisory authority
